Return Policy

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

O-So fine is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy test first and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

Orders and Delivery/Shipping Policy

Feel free to email or call us if you would like help with your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All our body care products are proudly made with love and care, so please allow up to 5 – 10 working days. Important to note is we only start with your order once we’ve received payment. Subject to stock availability. The curing process of any soap can take 4 – 5 weeks. Manufactured in small batches in Mpumalanga Rietkuil.

We like to make paying as easy as possible for you. And you can contact us for any queries.

O-So fine will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed and a collection is booked by the courier company. Please use the tracking number provided via email or contact the courier company directly regarding questions pertaining to a delivery. These contact details will be provided with your tracking number via email.

O-So fine makes use of a third-party courier service and therefore does not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:

Delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched to the third-party courier service

Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers

Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers;

Deliveries are received at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser.
